Complaints and Return

Even though we always do our absolute best to make everything as you wish, things every now and then can go wrong.

You can count on us doing our absolute best to help you.

We will let you know within 2 days that we received your complaint, and we will respond to it within 14 days. You can contact us about the product you have ordered of received, but also about our service.

If you wish you can also file your complaint through the European Commission using the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http:// ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.

If you for any reason decide to withdraw from your purchase, please do so by filling out this form and send it to us.
